This form is to sign up for curbside residential trash pickup services on a recurring basis.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Services ProvidedTrash Patrol USA provides scheduled waste collection services (“Services”) as selected during signup. Service frequency, pickup days, acceptable materials, and service areas are determined by the company.
2. Customer ResponsibilitiesYou agree to:Place trash in approved Trash Patrol containers and designated pickup locationsEnsure containers are accessible and not blocked on scheduled pickup daysFollow all posted or provided guidelines regarding prohibited or hazardous materialsSecure animals and remove obstacles that may interfere with serviceTrash Patrol USA is not responsible for missed pickups caused by blocked access, improper placement, weather conditions, or unsafe conditions.
3. Prohibited MaterialsYou may not place hazardous, toxic, flammable, medical, electronic, construction, or other prohibited waste in containers unless explicitly approved in writing. Violation may result in service suspension or termination without refund.
4. Property & DamageTrash Patrol USA is not responsible for:Damage to driveways, pavement, landscaping, or surfaces not designed to support service vehiclesItems placed on or near containers that are not trash
5. Payments & FeesIf payment is required:You authorize Trash Patrol USA to charge the provided payment methodFees are billed according to the selected planLate or failed payments may result in service interruptionAll fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing
6. Missed PickupsMissed pickups must be reported within 24 hours of the scheduled service time. Credits or make-up service are not guaranteed and will be handled at the Company’s discretion.
7. Service Changes & TerminationTrash Patrol USA reserves the right to:Modify pickup schedules due to holidays, weather, equipment issues, or safety concernsSuspend or terminate service for violations of this AgreementTerminate service at any time with reasonable noticeCustomers may cancel service subject to 7 day notice.
8. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Trash Patrol USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services, including but not limited to missed pickups, odors, pests, or delays.
9. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trash Patrol USA from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:Improper waste disposalUnsafe conditions at the pickup locationViolation of this Agreement
10. Governing LawThis Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
